These terms of use govern your use of the website. By using the website you agree to them. They do not govern the provision of our services to companies, which is always subject to a separate contract.
2.What the website is for
The website provides information about valla care services: the employee assistance programme, surveys, experiences and consulting, and lets you contact us. The information on the website is general and is not an offer to conclude a contract within the meaning of Section 1732 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. Prices and conditions of our services are always agreed individually.
3.Not a substitute for emergency or professional care
Content on the website is for information only and does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice in your specific situation. If you or someone near you is in immediate danger, call 112. Requests sent through the website are handled by people, but the website itself is not an emergency service.
